Another excellent stay at the Hideway! For a start, the location is superb for taking shots of photogenic boats on the water and sunsets. So peaceful. As for the accommodation, the Hideaway is private and feels secure, very well equipped with good quality furnishings, extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean and fresh. The hosts, Claire and Peter have clearly given so much attention to detail in the way they have created and maintained such a beautiful place to stay! Excellent communication from them throughout.

Our hosts Claire & Peter made us feel right at home from the beginning. Helpful recommendations and clear instructions for access to the property were sent prior to our stay. Our hosts were even kind enough to offer additional decoration to help celebrate the birthday of my partner. The location of The Hideaway is perfect for a quiet reclusive getaway with easy access to local villages, shops and pubs, by means of the Meols Parade to the back of the property. The accomodation was clean, excellently furnished with comfortable chairs for relaxation. The hot tub is also a great draw. We can't recommend The Hideaway more highly. Thank you again to our fantastic hosts, we had such a lovely stay.

Awesome! Everything you could need for a short break in the space of an old garage. 11/10. What an amazing little cottage you have created. Well equipped kitchen, & beautiful little place to stay. Truly impressed with this amazing little “Hideaway”, loved the welcome hamper & all the little treats. Such a lovely little touch & very thoughtful! Also loved the little basket of cards, games & dice, it made a nice change to entertain ourselves with those instead of watching TV in the evenings. Hot tub was great too! All in all, a lovely, relaxing stay in a beautiful little Hideaway! Thank you for providing a special place, with special little touches! 5 stars.

We are sad to leave this beautiful, cosy cottage. It was the perfect place for us to stay during a difficult time, and we felt welcomed the moment we walked through the door. The cottage was beautifully and tastefully decorated for Christmas, and Claire and Peter have done everything and more to make us feel comfortable and cared for. The cottage is very well equipped with everything necessary for a longer stay. The location near the sea is perfect for trips to the surrounding area and Liverpool. What an amazing place <3 thank you so much for a fabulous stay in your beautiful ‘Hideaway’. It is such a cosy place and so much bigger than we thought it would be. It is finished to such a high standard and the décor throughout is absolutely beautiful. The welcome hamper and all the added little treats e.g. coffee pods + sweets were such a lovely touch. The outdoor space is amazing + we loved the hot tub. <3 We loved the location – right on the sea front with lovely walks in both directions + ideal for the metro into Liverpool. Firstly, we want to say thank you for the welcome treats that were left for us, very thoughful and a lovely gesture. This cosy cottage is the perfect getaway for anyone wanting to relax and chill out. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting out in the garden area whilst we had some sun and the hot tub was the perfect touch. You seem to have thought of every little detail – particularly like the well-stocked kitchen (most only have a few pots/pans/crockery etc) and the treats left have been enjoyed, will definitely recommend to others!
